What is Zenrez?

Zenrez is a promotional booking platform that makes it easy for fitness-goers to find and book same-day fitness classes at great prices.

Who can book on Zenrez?

Anyone! Especially, those who like to drop-in.

Is there a limit to the number of times I can book at a studio?

No limit. Have at it.

Is there a Zenrez app that I can download on my phone?

Not yet. But here's a cool trick... on your smartphone you can "add to homescreen" and create a Zenrez web app that functions just like as if you downloaded it.

Can I book a spot for a friend?

Sure can. You’ll have to make two separate bookings for right now but very soon we’ll make it even easier to spread the love!

Will I receive confirmation of my booking?

You bet. You’ll receive a booking receipt via the email you provided. You can also go into your account and see a list of your bookings.

Are there any other fees besides the class fee?

Nope. Just the price of the class.

Do I have to check-in at the front desk when I arrive at the studio?

Yep. Always check-in before class at the front desk and show your Zenrez booking receipt and a photo id.

What is the class cancellation policy?

Zenrez is not subscription-based. Because seats are limited and only available same-day, all sales are final and non-refundable.
